Mogiv has been hard at work to improve the features and functionality of our platform. Later this summer, we’ll be launching a new giving portal that enhances the admin and giver experience. Soon, you’ll upgrade to a more robust online giving platform that offers smarter solutions for managing gifts, reporting, and more.
We know change can be intimidating, and we want to ensure you know what to expect when you make the transition. That’s why we’ve created a 4-part series to help familiarize you with the new giving portal. In this series, we’ll review:

Intuitive Navigation for Admin
With our new intuitive interface, productivity improves because everything works the way you expect it to—the first time. And when software is easy to navigate, you save time and get more done in your day. Here’s a look at the different pages throughout your new giving portal.
Dashboard
From the dashboard, you get a bird’s eye view of giving trends. This helps you to better forecast for the year and plan for future missions and events.
Reporting
The new giving portal has a range of customizable reports to choose from. Plus, you can now see the transactions that make up a batch deposit.
Forms
When you upgrade to the new giving portal, you’ll use a Forms feature for giving pages, event registration, and more (rather than an iFrame). With Forms, the embed code provides a more secure connection with your website. When creating a form, you can choose one of our pre-made templates or make a form from scratch.
General Settings
When clicking on the General Settings gear wheel in the top right corner of the admin dashboard, you’ll access some powerful tools. Conveniently manage the Virtual Terminal to give on behalf of the donor, text giving, the powerful church app MinistryOne, and much (much) more!
A Seamless Giving Experience for Donors
Not only is the admin experience enhanced when upgrading to the new giving portal—the giver experience will improve as well!
Recurring giving is convenient to set up
Setting up and managing recurring donations can be done via text, mobile, and on your website.
Responsive, branded donation pages that are clear on all-sized screens
It doesn’t matter what size screen your givers prefer to donate on—our forms and donation pages are responsive on smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktops.
People can donate to more than 3 funds in one transaction
Donors can now use ACH or credit cards to give to multiple funds in one transaction, making it even easier contribute to your different campaigns throughout the year.
